Meet Our Award Winning Staff

Jolene Siebeneck - Pet Stylist & Owner

Jolene Siebeneck has been a professional pet grooming stylist since 2002 and is the owner of Paw Prints Pet Grooming in Northwest Ohio. She launched her business in 2004 with a mobile grooming unit and has continued to expand over the years, opening the Leipsic Pet Spa in 2005, the Lima Pet Spa in 2018, and adding another mobile grooming unit in 2022.

Jolene is a graduate of Harcourt Learning Direct, where she studied pet grooming, and Great Lakes Grooming Academy, where she completed her hands-on training. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in drop-coated breeds in a variety of pet-friendly styles, doodles, and creative grooming. While she enjoys grooming all breeds—including cats—her favorite breeds to groom are Shih Tzus and doodle-type breeds.

Jolene has been competing in professional dog grooming competitions since 2013 and has earned numerous accolades, including multiple placements, Best in Show wins in Creative Styling, and People’s Choice Awards. She is a proud member of the NDGAA.

One of Jolene’s most notable achievements was winning the 2022 People’s Choice Award and taking first place at the Groom Olympics during Groom Expo in Hershey, Pennsylvania—often referred to as the Super Bowl of pet grooming competitions. She was featured on the cover of Groomer to Groomer Magazine following this win. She went on to repeat this accomplishment in 2023, earning another People’s Choice Award, first-place finish, and magazine cover, and continued her success with a first-place win again at the 2025 Groom Olympics.

Looking ahead, Jolene is focused on continued growth and expansion of Paw Prints Pet Grooming, with plans to open additional locations and further elevate the brand’s standard of care, creativity, and education within the grooming industry. After retiring from the competitive grooming ring in 2025, she is excited to transition into the next phase of her career by sharing her experience and passion through judging creative grooming competitions. Jolene looks forward to mentoring, inspiring, and supporting fellow groomers while continuing to push the industry forward.

Gloria Knueven - Manager

Gloria started with Paw Prints in 2010 as a receptionist, then assistant manager, then manager. Then as the business changed, she worked in banking and came back to Paw Prints. She has years of customer service experience & a communications degree. She has always just loved pets and dove right into working with dogs & cats at Paw Prints. Her favorite part about working for Paw Prints is interacting with the clients and their pets. She likes getting to know them all. Her all time favorite breed is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. And although she doesn't have haircutting experience, she can definitely give a short haired dog a great bath. :) Her family keeps her busy so she doesn't have much time for hobbies but she enjoys spending time with her 4 children and husband. She also likes to try DIY projects at home. She loves being able to explain how Paw Prints is different compared to other grooming businesses. She takes pride in knowing our groomers are top notch. And we all like to have fun, even the manager.

Stephanie Childers - Pet Stylist

I first taught myself how to groom and started showing dogs at age 13. I learned how to groom show dogs then transferred over to pet grooming. My favorite part of my job is seeing how happy the pets & owners are after their grooming. I have experience in show grooming and grooming cats. One of my favorite things about working for Paw Prints is the clients, they are one of a kind. I have pets of my own: a Shetland Sheepdog named Cody, a Morkie named Teddy, a Chinese Crested named Eli, and 3 standard poodles named, Jacy, Patrick, & Stryker. My all time favorite breed is a poodle and my favorite breed to groom is poodles too. Outside of grooming, my hobbies are competing in dog shows & photography. What some of our clients may not know about me is that I enjoy competition grooming.

Sarah Butorac - Pet Stylist

I started my training from a grooming academy in Columbus, OH. My favorite part of my job is when dog's feel better after their services. I grew up on a small farm. We had chickens, turkey, rabbits, cow, and sheep. I worked on a dairy farm in high school and was involved in 4-H & FFA. My favorite thing about working for Paw Prints is the ability to pursue all of my passions, to get to compete, and to not just be another name to my boss. Jolene really knows & cares about us all. We own 2 dogs, Mowgli & Clifford, a horse named Bo, 3 goats named Lincoln, Eddy, & Bacillio, a cat named Ace, a hedgehog named Wanda, a bunny named Crunch, & too many chickens to name. My all time favorite breed to groom is a Golden Retriever if I have to pick just one, and any other dog that isn't matted. When I'm not grooming, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping, horseback riding, traveling & cooking when I have the time. One thing I would say about me is that even after 10 years in the grooming industry, I still love getting to do this job! I love getting to make your dogs look better and most importantly feel better.

Alysse Schnipke - Pet Stylist

I started out as a Jr. Groomer at Paw Prints and Jolene helped train me into becoming a Pet Stylist. My favorite part of my job is working with the clients and dogs. I've had previous experience dog sitting for others, and worked at a kennel and have pets of my own. My favorite thing about working for Paw Prints is working with an amazing group of girls/co-workers. I have multiple pets: 2 horses named War & Candy, a Welsh Corgi named Elli, 1 cat named Thor, and a hamster named Pip. My all time favorite dog breed is a Corgi and I love to groom Schnauzers. My hobbies and interests are taking my horses trail riding or barrel racing at rodeos or contesting. Soon, I will be getting into doing competition grooming.

Megan Spees - Pet Stylist

I have previous bathing & drying experience working at other grooming salons in Lima. But I have received all of my pet stylist experience at Paw Prints through Jolene. My favorite part of my job is the joy of a job well done and getting to see the owner loving the groom. I have shown dogs in 4-H and state. I have worked/managed doggie daycares and have also have horses that I’ve taken care of. My favorite thing about working at Paw Prints is that we work one-on-one with the dogs through the whole groom. I have several pets of my own: a Chocolate lab named Bentley, Black Lab named Oakley, a German Short Haired pointer named Cooper, Quarter Horses Buddy, Paint and Bubba and 3 ducks and 2 chickens. My all-time favorite breed of dog is a lab. And my favorite breed to groom are doodles. Some of my hobbies are making shirts, blankets, hats, and stickers with my Cricut. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping. I love painting. I also enjoy basic dog training and love helping with horse 4-H club. I also put together all flower arrangements and decorations at my church. And I’m currently trying to craft anything and everything in cow hide design.

Madison McCoskey

Madison began her grooming journey at PetSmart, where she built a strong foundation in pet care and developed a passion for working hands-on with animals. What she loves most about her work is the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and their pets, creating trust and comfort with every visit. She also enjoys working with small animals—yes, guinea pigs included—and appreciates the unique care each pet requires.

One of Madison’s favorite parts of being at Paw Prints is the strong bond she shares with her coworkers. She believes a supportive team creates a better experience for everyone, especially the pets. At home, Madison is a proud pet parent to a cat named Tachumi and a skinny pig named Brian, which further fuels her love for animals of all kinds.

Madison’s all-time favorite breed is the Boston Terrier, and she especially enjoys grooming Shih Tzus. Outside of work, she’s into mineral collecting and anything nature-related. No matter the pet, Madison always does what she can to ensure every animal is cared for in a happy, safe, and loving environment.

Jaiden Brandeberry

Jaiden began her journey working with animals at her high school’s Penta Career Center, where she received hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of species. During her time at Penta, she learned proper care for everything from rodents to reptiles and spent about three years working with conservation animals, helping raise and release them through programs at Penta and the Toledo Zoo.

What Jaiden loves most about her work is building meaningful connections with the dogs she cares for—getting to know them and earning their trust. She truly believes the bond goes both ways, and that mutual love and understanding helps create a calm, positive grooming experience. Jaiden also values being part of a close-knit team and enjoys knowing and working alongside her coworkers every day.

At home, Jaiden is surrounded by animals and wouldn’t have it any other way. She has two Rottweilers, Jazmine and Mila; four cats, Bella, Katie, Princess, and Lucius; two birds named Sky and Alfalfa; and a snake named Fred. Her all-time favorite breed is the Rottweiler, with Samoyeds coming in a close second. She especially enjoys bathing Huskies and German Shepherds and loves the satisfaction of blowing out their undercoats.

Outside of work, Jaiden enjoys playing video games, watching shows and movies of all genres, and spending time on various arts and crafts. No matter the pet, Jaiden is committed to providing attentive, compassionate care and making sure every animal feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while at Paw Prints.

Kyle Ogelsbee

Kyle Oglesbee received his grooming training through D.O.G. (Dana Oglesbee Grooming) and brings both skill and heart to every pet he works with. One of Kyle’s favorite parts of grooming is watching the full transformation—from the moment a dog walks in to the moment they leave looking (and feeling) their best.

Kyle has experience bathing and grooming dogs, cats and has even groomed a rabbit—yes, really! He enjoys working with many breeds but has a special place in his heart for Shelties. While his favorite breed to groom is the Australian Shepherd, his own furry family includes a Sheltie named Piper and two cats, Gertrude and Brick.

When he’s not at the salon, Kyle enjoys golfing, watching football, and attending auctions. He’s also a proud Cincinnati Bengals fan (don’t hold it against him😉).

Kyle loves being part of the Paw Prints team and appreciates how welcoming and supportive his coworkers were when he started. Above all, he wants clients to know that he treats every pet as if they were his own—because your pets deserve nothing less.
